Welcome to Crowd React Media
Updated October 2026: When we launched this site, Crowd React Media focused on sports, politics and news media. We’ve grown a lot since then, so we’ve refreshed this post.
Crowd React Media is a media research company based in Durham, NC. Starting November 2026, our whole company will operate as Crowd React Media (formerly Harker Bos Group). That continues more than 35 years of media research that began in 1989.
What we do:
- Radio research: callout, music tests (AMT/OMT), market reach studies, strategic studies, and advertising research like brand lift studies that help your sales team prove results
- TV news research: Audience Matrix studies, anchor and element evaluations, and 360 Attribution Studies that track how viewers follow your news brand across broadcast, streaming, YouTube, web and social, plus our semi-annual State of TV News report
- News/talk research: including how audiences consume political news and talk content
- Advertising research: brand lift studies for radio, TV, podcast and streaming campaigns, including forced exposure and pre/post campaign studies
- Spanish-language media research: for stations, networks and advertisers reaching Hispanic audiences, in both radio and TV news, and our semi-annual State of Spanish-Language Media report.
